midas FEA NX Software
Installation Guide 

• Download the midas FEA NX software installation files here.
• Once downloaded, unzip the .zip file and run the "Setup.exe" file.
• Extract all the files at the preferred location.
• Right-click on the setup file in the installation folder and select "run as administrator.”
• When asked about removing the previously installed version of midas FEA NX, select no.
• Click on next in the installation wizard.
• Select ok for the dialogue box asking to install MS internet explorer.
• Select next.
• Provide the user name and company name and click next.
• Select the destination folder and click next.
• Click next.
• Select “do not install" for the installation protection lock driver and click on next.
• Check on “run FEA NX now” and click on Finish.

Step 2

Activate the web license

• Create your MIDAS account here.
• Then, open the program and follow these steps:
• Browse tools on the middle top of midas window and select options.
• Select license.
• Choose "Web authentication."
• Provide the User ID and password with which the account has been created on midas website.
• Provide Protection key ID as received from the midas team.
• Click on Select product.
• Choose Select all.
• Click on Ok.
