Responsibilities :
- Communicate with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative technical solutions and strategies.
- Serves as a technical expert representative across teams and clients.
- Suggests alternative technical solutions to meet client requirements more efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team of software developers, product designer and quality control engineers.
- Preparing and distributing technical materials and organizing monthly webinar for the clients.
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
- Work with the engineering consultants and the government organization in order to maintain high quality of technical service.
Qualifications :
- BS degree in Structural, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering preferred
- May consider Other engineering degree with similar experience
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Certificate preferred
- Experience in Engineering Design Firm and Knowledge in Finite Element Analysis preferred
- Working knowledge of CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with Civil and Structural Design / Bridge Engineering experience desirable
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, flexible, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Client-oriented mind and Comprehensive knowledge of industry
